We work really hard to make sure everyone is happy with their She’s Got Leggz products, and for this reason we offer 30 days exchange policy on all products. We want you to love your She's Got Leggz! In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a pre-damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item or exchange it for a store credit. We must be notified of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item in the mail by completing the form below. Please attach a picture for any defective or damaged item for SGL to review.
If you are unhappy about your purchase because of the color or pattern you chose, KEEP THE TAGS ON and fill out the form below. We will issue you a store credit so you can choose a pair that you love. Unfortunately, if you wore the item out, just plain don’t like them, or got scissor happy and cut all the tags off, we will be unable to offer an exchange. Shipping costs are additional.
Please note: there are no refunds – no exceptions! Any returned/defective items will be replaced or exchanged for a store credit for use on the website if we are notified of the issue within 30 days of purchase. Any items sent back without documentation, tags will not qualify for a credit.
NOTE: pattern arrangement may not be identical to photo; and patterns may not be symmetrical, these items do not qualify for exchange.
